Junior Training Coordinator

We’re looking for a Junior Training Coordinator to join our Innovations Team at Fire Fighter Industry. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and logistical support to the training team while ensuring smooth execution of training programs and promotional events. Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Training Coordinator, you will:

• Support Training Operations – Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing training calendars, and coordinating participant invitations.
• Training Documentation & Administration – Prepare and maintain training records, attendance lists, reports, and feedback forms.
• Event & Booth Management – Set up and manage booths at events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote training programs.
• Participant Engagement – Act as a liaison between trainers and attendees, ensuring smooth communication and support.
• Logistics & Technical Support – Set up training materials, equipment (projectors, microphones, laptops), and assist trainers during sessions.
• Inventory & Materials Management – Maintain stock of training materials, restock when necessary, and distribute promotional content.
• Data & Feedback Analysis – Gather participant feedback, compile insights, and recommend improvements for training effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in training coordination, administration, or event support is an advantage.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational & multitasking skills to manage multiple training events.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage with participants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & online collaboration tools.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to travel & work during events (including occasional weekends or evenings).
