- Bertanggungjawab untuk membangunkan / mengubahsuai proses PCBA baharu dan sedia ada untuk meningkatkan hasil, kualiti dan output.
- Masalah menyelesaikan semua masalah berkaitan SMT dan Wave Soldering untuk mengekalkan atau meningkatkan hasil, kualiti dan produktiviti.
- Memberi sokongan untuk menjalankan kajian keupayaan proses (CPK) ke atas semua proses/mesin sedia ada atau baharu dan rancangan yang digubal untuk meningkatkan keupayaan.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk menilai peralatan baru untuk meningkatkan keupayaan proses.
- Untuk mekanisasi / mengautomasikan proses pengeluaran untuk meningkatkan output dan kualiti.
- Memberi bantuan teknikal kepada jabatan lain dan Jurutera produk sedang mendiagnosis kualiti pembuatan untuk tindakan pembetulan.
- Menyediakan sokongan dan menyelia dan aktiviti juruteknik.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk penyelenggaraan perisian dan perkakasan SMT dan Wave Soldering.
- Mendokumentasikan dan menyelenggara semua arkib perisian dalam pelayan.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Jurutera Proses Kanan.
- Ijazah dalam Kejuruteraan Elektronik/Elektrik dengan pengalaman bekerja selama 4 tahun dalam persekitaran yang sama. atau
- Diploma dalam Pembuatan dengan 6 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam persekitaran yang sama.
