Tanggungjawab Kerja
- Menyediakan pelan dan dokumen untuk sebut harga kepada pembekal yang akan digunakan sebagai asas penetapan harga.
- Untuk mendapatkan, menyusun dan menilai sebut harga daripada pembekal / vendor masing-masing mengikut keperluan tender.
- Menyediakan bil kuantiti yang melibatkan pelepasan kuantiti, sumber bahan, mengukur dan menganggar bahan dan kos buruh.
- Untuk melaksanakan harga pecahan terperinci.
- Mempunyai pemahaman tentang Tender berkenaan dengan skop kerja, jadual harga dan keperluan bukan material.
- Untuk melaksanakan tugas ad-hoc lain yang diberikan oleh pengurus.
- Pemegang Diploma dalam perkhidmatan Ukur Bahan / Bangunan.
- Minimum 2 hingga 3 tahun pengalaman Tender Projek.
- Kefahaman dan pengetahuan dalam Tender Design & Build adalah diutamakan.
- Pengetahuan dalam Aplikasi MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Terperinci dan teliti.
- Mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
