岗位职责:
- 负责应对客户咨询、受理投诉，收集、整理分析客户投诉，并且按照公司的要求进行分类、存档等工作；
- 根据公司的要求及时联系、同时客户意见处理的情况，及时跟进处理状态
- 处理后要及时进行客户回访；
- 及时的将各类客户投诉以公司要求的形式报告给相关的部门；
- 对客户进行满意度调查满意度调查等；
- 及时完成领导交办的其他任务。
岗位要求:
- 拥有1 +多年的客户服务行业实践经验。
- 熟悉专业英文邮件写作。
- 了解区块链将是一个优势。
- 态度良好，积极向上，对学习有浓厚的兴趣。
