  • Sediakan kertas kerja yang diperlukan untuk prosedur biasa syarikat.
  • Jawab pertanyaan pekerja dan majukannya kepada jabatan HR seperti yang diperlukan.
  • Dapatkan semula data syarikat dan pekerja, seperti yang diminta.
  • Semak stok bekalan pejabat dan buat pesanan apabila diperlukan.
  • Sediakan bilik persidangan (cth buat tempahan dan periksa peralatan).
  • Keluarkan invois , DO, rekod Barang diterima nota, semakan stok


Keperluan

  • Pengalaman kerja yang terbukti sebagai Pembantu Kakitangan, Pembantu Tadbir atau peranan yang serupa.
  • Pemahaman mendalam tentang prosedur pejabat dan HR.
  • Celik komputer (khususnya MS Office).
  • Kebiasaan dengan peralatan pejabat (cth pencetak dan mesin faks).
  • Pengetahuan undang-undang buruh.
  • Kemahiran organisasi yang baik.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan bertulis yang sangat baik.
  • Profesionalisme semasa bekerjasama dengan pelbagai peringkat pengurusan.
  • Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Sumber Manusia atau bidang yang berkaitan.
