We are looking for a Key Account Executive to develop and execute the business priorities across key account customers by managing the sales, trade spend investments, market hygiene, and in-store execution through strategic partnerships with customer management and stakeholders.

A day in the life of a Key Account Executive

  • Accountable for delivering the sell-out targets for the covered key account customers.
  • Accountable for managing trade spend for key account customers.
  • Responsible for developing and driving strategic partnerships with key account customers to deliver high-impact business priorities.
  • Responsible for coordinating with appointed merchandising agency and its merchandisers to ensure proper execution of in-store merchandising priorities.
  • Responsible for upholding market hygiene practices with key account customers and distributor.
  • Responsible for ensuring the balanced execution of brand, category, and channel initiatives with key account customer requirements.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Minimum diploma in business, marketing, or other related disciplines
  • 4-7 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Minimum experience of 2 years managing key account customers in the same industry
  • Demonstrates the agility needed to strategically partner with customers
  • Has the natural inclination to use data-driven insight to lead and influence
  • Proven experience of developing and managing customer partnerships
  • Experience in trade marketing is a big advantage
  • Has foundational understanding of how sales, spends / investments, and profitability are connected
  • Minimum experience of 2 years managing cross-functional teams
