As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts to drive sales, market share, and profitability in alignment with company goals. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer business plans, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless in-store execution and operational excellence.
Key Account: NSK, TF Value, The Store Pacific
Line Manager: Key Account Manager
Team Size: 3 x Key Account Manager, 2 x AKAM
Role type: Sole contributor
What You'll Do
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the FMCG industry with proven experience managing customers independently.
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing trade investments.

What You'll Do
- Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver on sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement annual business plans and promotional strategies.
- In-Store Execution: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of promotional activities.
- Trade Optimization: Analyze trade promotions and manage trade investment budgets effectively.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with merchandisers to monitor visibility and resolve store-level issues.
