- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio and market coverage.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by consistently delivering results and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present and communicate the value of SOLIDWORKS solutions to address client challenges and enhance their workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and drive business expansion.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a similar role or industry, such as software industry, technology industry, B2B business industry, or any other sounds IT industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation
- Territory Management
- Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills
