Your Role
Hi, I’m Haydn, VP of Commercial for EMEA & APAC at WebPros, and your future manager. Over the past two decades, I’ve led commercial strategy and sales across the digital ecosystem—from domains and hosting to SaaS and infrastructure. I’ve worked closely with global tech brands and helped build high-performing teams in fast-moving, customer-obsessed environments. At WebPros, I oversee our go-to-market efforts across Europe and Asia-Pacific, driving long-term growth through strategic partnerships and smart execution.
We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of some of our most valuable partner relationships across the APAC region. These are enterprise-scale accounts, often exceeding $1M ARR, and require a proactive, consultative sales approach to unlock opportunities across a complex, multi-brand product portfolio. As a trusted advisor and growth driver, you’ll work closely with senior decision-makers to align WebPros’ technology with your clients’ evolving goals—driving stability, expansion, and long-term value. Fluent or native-level English is essential, as you’ll be engaging with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the region and globally.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting directly to me, with strong exposure to C-level stakeholders and the freedom to shape your own portfolio. While supported by our Partner Success (Inside Sales) and cross-functional teams, you’ll be expected to lead with autonomy—building account strategies, owning commercial outcomes, and delivering measurable impact. You’ll work with tools like Salesforce for structured pipeline management and benefit from a competitive fixed salary, a generous and achievable commission structure, and a clearly defined and transparent bonus plan designed to reward sustainable growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: taking ownership and accountability of all activities, you will drive revenue growth in the assigned customer group, managing both retention cross- and up-sell across a varied product set.
- Strategic Account Planning and Growth: Work with key customers to help them grow with WebPros, increasing their revenue potential and driving opportunities through meticulous planning and execution.
- Market Expansion: Support WebPros’ long-term sales strategy by proactively identifying growth opportunities in key markets.
- Process and Expertise: Execute a structured, disciplined sales process, ensuring high-quality pipeline management and forecasting coupled with CRM hygiene.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major clients.
- Hosting Industry Expertise: Ideally, the KAM brings experience and contacts from the hosting, cloud, or internet infrastructure industry.
- Commercial Excellence: Developing structured sales proposals, complex pricing models, alongside negotiation excellence with C-level executives.
- Autonomous Execution: Working with minimal guidance while bringing energy, initiative, and results to the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align sales efforts.
- 10+ years of sales experience in B2B technology sales and account management, with the ability to provide proven results.
- Strong sales discipline, strategic thinking, and ability to operate proactively and independently.
- Demonstrable experience managing high-value enterprise accounts of over $1m ARR, with negotiation skills from C-level down.
- Strong data interpretation required, turning analytics into actionable results.
- Fluent/native English is essential.
- Experience in hosting, cloud, or internet infrastructure industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel as required (customer meetings, industry events).
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools, with a focus on timely and accurate reporting.

Interview Process
- Screening Interview (30 min): A conversation with Florian to get to know each other and introduce you to WebPros, our culture, and your potential team. - Hiring Manager Interview (60 min): Conversation with Haydn (Hiring Manager) focused on your experience, mindset, customer orientation, and ability to operate cross-functionally. You’ll discuss key challenges of the role, strategic growth levers, and your approach to managing key accounts.
- Case Study Challenge (Self-paced, 5 days): You’ll be invited to complete a short case study designed to assess your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to operationalize ideas. You’ll present this in the following interview. More details will be shared once you reach this stage.
- Case Study Interview (60 min): Live session with Haydn and team members where you’ll present your approach to the case study, walk us through your thinking, and respond to questions. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, collaboration, and customer-centric mindset.
