Kick-Ass Customer Experience Executive

Job Overview

As Customer Experience Executive, you are responsible for the experience of the customer from the start until the end of the relationship with the customer. The relationship starts when a customer contacts us from the various platforms where we are on, including but not limited to our own website, Whatsapp chat, emails, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and Google.

This role will be part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that your role is done to the best of your abilities.

Duties and Responsibility

• Manage all communication through our chat platforms (Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger) , Meta Business Suite Facebook, Instagram), Shopee Chat, Lazada chat and Emails.
• Passing on enquiries to relevant departments (Telesales, sales, Purchasing).
• Reply to all Facebook Comments / Posts
• Generate Weekly Enquiry Report.
• Ensure Shopee Orders are to be delivered everyday.
• Check on the progress on orders are up-to-date and attended to by tracking all progress.
• Manage customers Enquiries, Complaints and Requests.
• Do note that this job requires urgent enquiries (Shopee Chat, Lazada Chat and occasionally Whatsapp Chat) to be attended to for 1 hour each day on Saturday and Sundays. This is to ensure that our chat performance on these platforms are up to mark.
  
  

Job Requirement

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Amazing selling & communication skills. Being able to sell ice cream to an Eskimo.
• Excellent communication skills in the major languages in Malaysia.
• Being able to work cross-functionally with different teams.
• Possessing a can-do, resilient attitude.

• RM2,600 - RM3,500

• Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
