As a Kick-ass Customer Inbound Call Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be working with the Innovations team in the company where our main goal is the growth of the company. You will leverage your expertise in answering customer inquiries about the product and services that we offer and provide an immediate resolution to their issue or concern in a timely and polite manner. Alongside our branding & marketing team, this role is to shine a light on the holistic services that we offer in the realm of fire safety.

As a Kick-ass Customer Inbound Call Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be working with the Innovations team in the company where our main goal is the growth of the company. You will leverage your expertise in answering customer inquiries about the product and services that we offer and provide an immediate resolution to their issue or concern in a timely and polite manner. Alongside our branding & marketing team, this role is to shine a light on the holistic services that we offer in the realm of fire safety.
Duties and Responsibility
- Be the first point of contact for all calls to the company hotline.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational and coordinating skills, the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism.
- Ability to work in a high volume, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar.
- Strong listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Salary Range
- RM2.3k - RM3k
- Working Hours
- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
