Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Kitchen Crew member to oversee the kitchen floor operations at our Petaling Jaya location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are adhered to. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the kitchen floor and ensure all kitchen staff are performing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure food preparation is done according to set standards, recipes, and health regulations.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and sanitation practices, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Assist in inventory control, ensuring kitchen supplies and ingredients are stocked.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service during peak hours.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food.
• Support the head chef or kitchen manager in organizing tasks and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to oversee and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay focused during busy periods.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
