This is a fixed-term opportunity (12 months) with the possibility to extend the contract. This is a fully remote opportunity (within APAC).

This is a fixed-term opportunity (12 months) with the possibility to extend the contract. This is a fully remote opportunity (within APAC).
Your Responsibilities
- Review Kitchen Layout Submissions to ensure proper operational capability and flows
- Manage proactively for new and complex layouts
- Control, track, analyze Layout Approval Process to ensure maintenance and improvement
- Advocate for our guests, restaurant crew and our Franchisees success
- Implement, manage Layout Standards, supports in Standard Documents creation
- Proactively provide trainings and education of layout standards to stakeholders
- Collaborate in Layout Improvement Projects and support New Country Entries
- Manage stakeholders to maintain good relationship
- Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering;
- Advanced CAD experience, advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus;
- Prior experience QSR industry and understanding of restaurant operations;
- Experience in Store Layouts and Drive Thru Site Plans development process is highly desirable;
- Ability to interpret restaurant plans, Drive Thru site plans and detailed technical drawings
- Ability to visualize the inter-dependencies of constituents of restaurant operations
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus
