Job Responsibility
- Prepare and cook our products efficiently and quickly
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Train other kitchen crew members on kitchen SOP and menu
- Check & store raw material stock (tri-weekly) properly and inform café manager of low running items as well as slow moving stock
- Propose new menu items and promotions
- Manage the kitchen to ensure there is minimum loss of raw materials
- Manage food cost, waste and kitchen crew hours in order to optimize profit for the company yet ensure customers receive great food and service
- Plan, organize and communicate with the Café Manager on order workflow and working schedule
- Has a positive attitude and a good natured personality
- Has good communication skills
- Has minimum 2 years working experience in Food Industry
- Is very good at maintaining proper hygiene and workspace cleanliness
- Min education SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Is a team player and is willing to work with others to achieve sales target, especially the Café Manager
- Is able to work in different shifts (morning, afternoon or evening)
- Has the stamina to work long hours
- Skills required: Leadership, Management, Organizational, Problem Solving, Communication
- KWSP included
- Insurance and medical coverage (based on position) provided upon confirmation
- Meals are provided
- Attendance allowance provided should there be no absence during work month
- Commission provided based on individual KPI
