Scope:

We’re looking for a sharp, hustler-minded professional who knows how to win deals and make things happen in the consumer pharma space. This role is about building strong client relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and executing HCP/KOL-led influencer campaigns that truly impact patients and consumers. Job Description:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consumer pharma brands (both existing accounts and new clients).
  • Own the sales pipeline: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals that highlight our HCP/KOL influencer model as a growth driver for patient education.


2. Proposal & Contracting

  • Lead proposal development, from crafting strategy decks to financial commercials.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts/agreements with clients and agencies.
  • Ensure all proposals are ROI-focused and aligned with client KPIs.


3. Campaign Execution

  • Translate client briefs into end-to-end campaign plans.
  • Identify and onboard doctors/KOLs/influencers who best fit brand needs.
  • Oversee content creation workflow: script preparation, video shoot coordination, previews, approvals, and primetime posting.
  • Ensure campaigns go live on time, on brief, and on point.
  • Deliver post-campaign reports with performance insights and recommendations.


4. Client & Agency Relationship Management

  • Act as the day-to-day face of the business with brand managers and agency partners.
  • Build long-term trusted partnerships, driving repeat business.
  • Understand client pain points and proactively offer solutions before they even ask.

Experience / Skills Required:

Professional Experience -

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, account management, or influencer/KOL marketing, preferably within the consumer pharma or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in sales pipeline management, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated success in managing HCP/KOL-led campaigns from strategy through execution to reporting.
  • Experience in client and agency relationship management, with ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Exposure to pharma advertising and compliance regulations, including experience liaising with medical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in contract negotiation and proposal development.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.


Technical & Functional Skills -

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Project management expertise: ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strict deadlines.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with ability to generate actionable campaign insights.
  • Competence in budgeting, cost management, and ROI measurement.
  • Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and ethical standards in HCP/KOL engagement.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive commercial outcomes.
