What is your mission?
- Evaluate high volumes of data points running them against an evolving checklist of standards.
- Take on new projects with fast-moving targets and tight turnaround times on a regular and repeated basis.
- Provide structured feedback and recommendations for process improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations.
- Demonstrate ability to comprehensively document investigations.
- Demonstrate great judgment and be open to sharing what you know with others.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, or any field.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule and on shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
- Self-directed, but also great at collaborating.
- Ability to make well-reasoned judgments quickly and effectively navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
