Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site surveying, including topographic, boundary, and engineering surveys;
• Use equipment such as total stations, GPS, for data collection and recording;

Develop survey plans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data;

• Prepare topographic maps, shop drawings, and related technical diagrams from survey data;
• Compile detailed survey reports to support project progression;
• Maintain survey equipment to ensure it functions properly;
• Collaborate closely with project teams to address survey-related issues;
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations and technical standards in all survey activities;
• Setting out piling points and prepare as-built drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying, with familiarity with Malaysian engineering projects and regulations;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, CASS, GIS, and related surveying software;
• Competent in operating total stations, GPS equipment, and other modern surveying tools;
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to flexible schedules;

Possession of relevant professional certifications;

• Candidate with Bathymetric or Hydrographic Survey experience would be an advantage.
• Able to work beyond working hours.
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
