Job Description
- Manage a group of assemblers working in shift to meet factory goals on Safety/Quality/Delivery and Efficiency in Front End BGA/Pre Assy area.
- Ensure production schedules and goals are met by coordinating material planning, resources planning and machine availability.
- Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to all the assemblers in your shift
- Plan and execute cross training programs to increase productivity and skill level of assemblers
- Perform periodic audits, maintain 5S and work on improvement projects (QCC, Kaizen)
- Conduct daily briefings on production status either to assemblers and management team
- Responsible for security of products and precious metal
- Degree in any discipline, those with supervisory manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work in shift
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to balance multiple tasks at the same time and certain level of problem solving skills.
- Must be a team player as will be leading a large group of assemblers.
