This Learning Specialist position within the APAC Talent Development & Employee Experience HR COE team will collaborate closely with the TD & EX HR COE Head on various L&D programs and campaigns. This includes managing the timelines, catalogue, and system functionality for the Self Enrolment Campaign, as well as ensuring visibility of L&D reporting and KPIs.

Furthermore, this role will support the TD & EX HR COE Head on other learning projects and initiatives, including managing learning costs, driving standardization initiatives, implementing new programs, and handling other ad hoc tasks as required.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As the Learning Specialist, you will manage:

  • Learning Processes & Campaigns
  • Coordinate the timeline, roles, responsibilities, content catalog, and system functionality for the annual Self Enrolment campaign.
  • Collaborate closely with Group L&D on the Self Enrolment Campaign, ensuring APAC inputs and alignment with Group standards.
  • Identify and pursue ad hoc opportunities to enhance L&D processes and policies.
  • Learning Reporting & KPI Tracking
  • Reporting on key L&D KPIs and metrics, including the training needs met percentage.
  • Manage reporting requests from various key stakeholders, such as Ethics and Gemini.
  • Learning Operations Support
  • Training Program Coordination
  • Managing learning queries through SNOW tickets (Intelex & MyHR).
  • Coordinate Ethics Campaign, provide Audit Support, handle Invoicing/Billing, and manage Learning Records.
  • Learning Manager - Transversal & Launch
  • Manage the APAC catalog for Transversal programs, working closely with ALU on both global and APAC offerings.
  • Coordinating facilitators for Transversal programs and the bi-annual Launch Program in various APAC languages.
  • Promote transversal programs and serve as the main point of contact for related inquiries.
  • Focus on best practice offerings to ensure our transversal programs effectively address skills gaps in APAC, align with business needs, and maintain high quality in terms of content and facilitation.


Are you a MATCH?

The successful candidate should have:

  • IT savvy with experience using various systems and tools
  • Workday experience, particularly with the Learning module, is a plus.
  • Skilled in data reporting and analytics, including Google Sheets. Familiarity with Power BI is also a benefit.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to support APAC, including Mandarin speaking countries)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent coordination skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different tasks and responsibilities.
  • Culturally adaptable and capable of working effectively with stakeholders across Asia Pacific, Group L&D, and HRDS.
  • Autonomous, accountable, and experienced in working within geographically dispersed teams.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
