Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert advice to clients on protection plans such as life, health, and medical.
  • Understand clientsâ needs and financial situation to recommend suitable insurance coverage.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and good service.
  • General new leads and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare and explain proposals in a simple and clear way.
  • Assist clients with applications and ensure documents are correct and submitted on time.
  • Keep updated with market trends and new products to provide clients with the latest information.
  • Achieve the companyâs sales and performance targets.
  • Follow company rules, processes, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Johor Bahru.
