Job Responsibility
- Responsible for hosting live streams on social media and e-commerce platform (Tiktok, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, etc).
- Introduce and demonstrate products and respond to customer enquiries by providing professional advice during live streaming.
- Proficient in interacting with the audiences to generate engagement and drive sales.
- Execute live stream promotional campaigns to achieve sales target as assigned by the Management.
- Develop and implement live streaming strategy including scheduling, planning, marketing, maintain and enhance production workflow.
- Constantly research and keep abreast of latest marketing trends, emerging technologies and digital tools to produce high quality contents.
- Track and monitor live streams performance and submit reports to Management.
- Achieve sales conversion rate from live stream as determined by Management
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay
- Highly committed, organised and great interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to interact with viewers and handle live comments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
