Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for hosting live streams on social media and e-commerce platform (Tiktok, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, etc).
  • Introduce and demonstrate products and respond to customer enquiries by providing professional advice during live streaming.
  • Proficient in interacting with the audiences to generate engagement and drive sales.
  • Execute live stream promotional campaigns to achieve sales target as assigned by the Management.
  • Develop and implement live streaming strategy including scheduling, planning, marketing, maintain and enhance production workflow.
  • Constantly research and keep abreast of latest marketing trends, emerging technologies and digital tools to produce high quality contents.
  • Track and monitor live streams performance and submit reports to Management.
  • Achieve sales conversion rate from live stream as determined by Management
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay
  • Highly committed, organised and great interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently.
  • Ability to interact with viewers and handle live comments.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
