Loan Advisor (Full Time / Internship)

RESPONSIBLES

1. Proactively contact potential customers through phone calls and text messaging to introduce our financial advisory services.

2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their financial requirements and educate them about the benefits of our loan application assistance.

3. Identify customer needs and tailor our services to match their specific loan requirements.

4. Present our range of loan products, explaining terms, rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.

5. Provide personalized recommendations to customers, highlighting the most suitable loan options based on their financial circumstances.

6. Address customer concerns, objections, and questions promptly and professionally, ensuring their confidence in our services.

7. Guide customers through the loan application process, assisting them in completing necessary forms and gathering required documentation.

8. Collaborate closely with our loan specialists and financial advisors to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.

10. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

11. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, loan products, and market conditions to effectively communicate with customers.

12. Participate in regular sales training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Pay base on Commission / Basic + commission

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/DIPLOMA , any field.
2. Required skill(s):
   - Basic communication skill
   - Basic computer knowledge
   - Willing to learn
   - MS Office
   - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
   - Self-motivated and target-driven
   - Collaboratively in a team-oriented
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome (training provided)
