Specific requirement for this position :-
- At least 3 year experience in overall office admin work preferably at supervising level.
- Emphasis on experience in daily with relevant government department, especially in the animal feed business; licensing, product testing and often relevant approval.
- Basic knowledge in animal feed raw material.
- Knowledge of import and export rules and regulation, necessary paper work, customers experience and etc.
- Handling overseas shipments and able to do clearance with the goods
- Communicate with Logistic and forwarder based on shipping
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries
