We are looking for a Logistics Intern to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about logistics and operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our deliveries run smoothly and clients are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks for the operations/logistics department, including maintaining records and schedules.
• Rider Coordination: Assist in tracking riders and ensuring all deliveries are on time and well-coordinated.
• Customer Service: Communicate with clients to address inquiries and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Delivery Scheduling: Ensure all deliveries from our base to event venues are scheduled effectively and efficiently.
• Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact between riders, clients, and the logistics team during deliveries.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, riders, and clients.
• A responsible and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) is a plus.
