- 客戶服務：與客戶溝通以解答疑問並確保順暢的交付體驗。
- 交付安排：確保從我們的基地到活動場地的所有交付都得到有效、有效率的安排。
- 聯絡工作：在配送過程中擔任騎士、客戶和物流團隊之間的主要聯絡點。
- 較強的組織和多任務處理能力。
- 具有出色的溝通技巧，可以與團隊成員、騎手和客戶聯絡。
- 負責任且積極主動的態度。
- 熟悉基本管理工具（例如 Microsoft Office）是一項優勢。
- 對物流和營運有濃厚的興趣。
