ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vital of the operation/logistics team
- Ensuring timelines of the products are delivered to customers.
- Preparation shipping documents accurately on a timely basis
- Stock counting/pack product accordingly with minimum human error
- Proactively identify key opportunities to improve business results by designing and implementing viable solutions aimed at resolving root causes.
- Effectively communicate necessary information to keep all teams on the same page.
- Work closely with the sales team on customer additional requests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Responsible
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely (Mandarin is a must)
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, multi-task, priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
- Work from Office
- Able to work Mon-Sat (can be nego)
- Fresh Grad is welcome. Only Malaysian.
- Team oriented.
