This role involves coordinating and optimizing client deliveries, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, and managing the efficiency of the routing tool. Also responsible for handling non-standard deliveries, controlling secondary transport execution, and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

This role involves coordinating and optimizing client deliveries, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, and managing the efficiency of the routing tool. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Organizes the deliveries to clients and distributors
- Checks customer and distributors orders, modifies them when needed and validates them
- Checks remote-monitored installations and trigger deliveries when needed
- Optimizes the trips with a routing tool respecting safety, legal constraints and customer satisfactions
- Exports the results to Air Liquide system and informs transport and stock coordinator
- Improves the safety, quality and efficiency of the distribution
- Ensures the respect of transportation regulations and company's safety standards
- Monitors operational KPI for improvement and reduces the non-quality costs
- Identifies improvement fields by simulating new dispatch schemes with the routing tool
- Proposes solutions and implements them in coordination with the sales team
- Identifies transport and delivery non-compliances and transfers them to the HSE manager
- Controls the efficiency of the routing tool
- Checks the quality of the parameters and the tuning by analyzing trip return feedbacks
- Updates them when needed to maintain accuracy of the tool
- Joins drivers in some delivery trips to check and improve his field knowledge
- Participates in workshops about tool evolution or best practices to improve his skills
- Manages non-standard deliveries
- Analyzes client needs in collaboration with order takers and sales teams
- Proposes the best solution and communicates it to order takers that will inform clients
- Avoids unnecessary deliveries and costs while answering the actual needs of the clients
- Controls the secondary transport execution
- Checks the consistency between transport invoices, planning and execution to make sure that Air Liquide invoice what was really ordered and executed
- Analyzes gaps and informs the Cylinder Dispatch Manager for the litigation management
- Bachelor's degree in any fields, preferably Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proactive - good social and communication skills
- Excellent time management skill
- Wiling to work fully on-site
