Job Description
Monday - Friday & 8:30am - 5:30pm
WORK LOCATION :
Old Town White Coffee (Lot 896, Jalan Subang 10, Taman Perindustrian Subang, 47100 Subang Jaya, Selangor)
- Supervise the verification of quantities received by customers against those delivered on Delivery Orders (DO).
- Ensure all account documents given to lorry drivers are returned to the store with proper stamps and signatures.
- Timely update daily incoming stock quantities into the system, overseeing the team's accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of invoices and delivery orders for outlets, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor emails, respond to and act on their contents promptly, delegating tasks as necessary.
- Oversee the proper filing and maintenance of all supporting documents, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Collaborate with superiors to execute additional duties and responsibilities, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the team
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Computer literate in the use of MS Office
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and (Mandarin - added advantage)
- Hardworking, honest with high level of integrity
- Can work independently, have team spirit.
- Possess own transport.
- Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Basic salary range fromRM1,700-RM2,300based on experience.
- Medical outpatient include dentalRM800per year
- Group insurance
