- To check, verify, and execute the customer's 2-hourly pull request without fail.
- To validate inventory availability to fulfil pull request
- To notify Customer if any part quantity needs to be reviewed and amended
- To notify Customer on shipment discrepancy via mail and follow up by phone call, if any subsequent follow-up
- To respond to customer or related parties’ E-Mail promptly
- To monitor Startbuy request on hourly basis and arrange for picking and trucking
- To monitor and arrange Hub to Hub transfer request
- To send conceal damage report to suppliers
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Certification in Communication Skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred
