Job Responsibility

  • Inbound Call Management â Handle inbound calls, ensuring the correct sales techniques and exceptional customer service are applied throughout each interaction.
  • Consultative Sales Approach â Uncover customer needs and offer tailored solutions through new products and services that will support business growth.
  • Resolution & Support â Provide solutions within the scope of support (SOS), directing customers to third-party services or paid solutions when necessary.
  • Troubleshooting â Diagnose and resolve product-related issues to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Performance Metrics â Achieve targets such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, .NET Promoter Score (NPS), and New Sales.
  • Interpersonal & Multi-tasking Skills â Display excellent communication, thrive under pressure, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency â Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
  • Educational Requirement â Minimum Diploma or higher.
  • Work Experience â At least 1 year in telesales or 6 months in freight forwarding.
  • Industry Knowledge â Preferably experienced in logistics, including sea freight, air freight, contract logistics, and overland transportation.
  • Sales Background â Advantageous for the role.
