We are looking for a skilled M365 specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 applications and services
Assist clients in optimizing their use of M365 tools to enhance productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
Conduct training sessions for clients on M365 best practices
Stay updated on the latest features and updates within the M365 ecosystem
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 environments
Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
