We are looking for an experienced M365/Microsoft O365 professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft services, with the ability to support and enhance our clients' experiences through innovative solutions.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from anywhere
Role: M365/Microsoft O365 Specialist
What You'll Do
Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft O365 products
Assist in the implementation and migration of O365 solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft applications
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft O365 services
Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Familiarity with cloud technologies and security best practices
