Maintenance Engineer Sr ( Team Manager - Security Systems : CCTV , RFID & ELV)

About the role

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer - Team Manager (Security Systems: CCTV, RFID & ETC) at Infinite QL Group Of Companies, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company's security systems in our Kuala Lumpur location. This is a full-time position that will require you to ensure the seamless operation of our critical security infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a small of team of technicians ( below 10)
• Engaging customers directly and providing regular reports and updates officially to customer
• Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on CCTV, RFID and other security systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise with the security systems
• Coordinating with the security team to ensure the effective operation of all security measures
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance
• Providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements to improve overall security
• Preparing updates for management on a regular basis of teams performance
• Attending meeting with customers
• Conducting training to team members to improve their technical knowledge and soft skills

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of CCTV, RFID and other security systems
• Strong understanding of security system protocols, architecture and best practices
• Experienced in managing teams of technical personnel
• Able to create policies and procedures to improve and maintain service quality
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and specifications
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication and documentation skills
