Job Requirements
- Active student or recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Eager to learn and passionate about facility management and hotel maintenance operations.
- Willing to assist in various maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow safety and operational procedures.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Able to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on hotel operations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with maintenance tools or systems is an advantage.
