Qualifications & experience
- Lead and guide a team of maintenance.
- Overseeing all maintenance and operations of machinery.
- Inspect machine periodically to determine problem and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare maintenance schedule and allocate work.
- Able to prioritize task and manage time effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety and health practices and regulations.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Conduct follows up on all maintenance and repair work.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
Tasks & responsibilities
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Excellent planning and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great an eye for detail
- Work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Have a good knowledge of excavator
