- Perform general maintenance work across properties
- Respond promptly to property-related emergencies
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and relevant parties to arrange and follow up on maintenance work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Hands-on skills in minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible and responsive to calls and messages when on duty
- Willing to work outside of normal hours (including weekends) for emergency cases, with additional compensation provided
- Must possess own transportation
- Short confirmation period (1-3 months)
