Job Purpose
Perform routine maintenance and specialized operations related task in order to provide efficient supporting role to other departments so that there is minimal disruption to other departments’ operation.
Core Duties
- By ensuring that all essential equipments under the daily checklist are checked daily and repaired immediately when necessary
- By checking all M & E equipment to ensure that they are operating within the design specifications
- By observing the physical and working conditions of all equipment/building premises/furniture and fittings during the course of the daily work and report on any findings that require attention
- By checking all plumbing and sanitary system to ensure no blockage and leaks
Qualification & Requirements
• Minimum SPM certificate
• Minimum with 2 years working experience in general building maintenance industry. Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in carpentry & civil repairing work
