Job Responsibility
- Daily management of front - line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control
- Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting, production issues, coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements
- Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review
- Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- SPM and above
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
