Job Scope

• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the factory.
• Exposure to all phases and aspects of business operation, including cost management, worker management, practices and procedures, system and method, and clerical and administrative work.
• Assist in implementing new policies, and coach colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.
• Provide leadership skills to staff to achieve target and deliver good performance.
• Ensures that company accounting policies are compliant with regulations and accounting standards
• collaborate with various departments to support projects that enhance the organization’s goals and profitability.
• Helping to develop and implement strategies for departmental success.

• 熟悉并了解工厂的所有功能和运作。

• 接触业务运营的所有阶段和方面，包括成本管理、工人管理、实践和程序、系统和方法以及文书和行政工作。

• 协助实施新政策，并指导同事确保维持标准。

• 向员工提供领导技能，以实现目标并取得良好绩效。

• 确保公司会计政策符合法规和会计准则

• 与各个部门合作，支持提高组织目标和盈利能力的项目。

• 帮助制定和实施部门成功战略。

Job Requirement

• Good learning attitude.

• Being initiative will be an added advantage.

• Able to work under pressure and take challenging for learning.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (required to deal with China counterpart)

• Possess at least Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent in accounting or marketing field
• Fresh graduate candidates are welcomed to apply
