Job Responsibility

  • Daily management of front - line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control
  • Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting, production issues, coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements
  • Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin Speaking Preferable
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
