• Project Management: Assist with enhancement related to health initiative project
• System enhancement: To perform requirement/user story creations, UAT delivery and ORT support
• Training : Provide training to BAU team once changes /enhancement made
  
  
  

4 .Support : to support implementation improvement in claim claims process to enhance efficiency , accuracy and saving

• Collaboration with users, developers, testers, and project team members is required when handling any project or task
