• Project Management: Assist the enhancement related to health initiative project
• System enhancement: To perform requirement/user story, UAT delivery and ORT support
• Support : to support implementation improvement in claim claims process to enhance efficiency , accuracy and saving
• Collaboration with users, developers, testers, and project team members is required when handling any project or task
• Provide training to BAU team once changes /enhancement made
