- 品牌代表
- 監控各類評論、部落格、論壇和第三方網站上的房源動態和線上聲譽。報告重要發現，以改善服務或鞏固成功經驗。
- 電子行銷
- 確保論壇和附屬網站上的商業清單資訊是最新的，包括飯店詳情、特別優惠和促銷活動的有效性。
