Job Summary

Enhancing DKSH’s operational efficiency and driving business growth through innovative data solutions.

Manage the implementation of new systems, enhancements to existing systems and updates to core business data and processes within the DKSH digital eco-system.

General Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing business strategies to optimize operations and achieve company goals.
• Overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Identifying areas for improvement within business processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborating with IT teams to integrate new technologies that support business objectives.
• Assisting with the administration and development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to optimize customer interactions and sales processes
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyzing business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by developing and implementing effective CRM strategies.
• Coach and support a community of 20+ people across the organisation

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• 5 years working in FMCG business analytics, business systems, project management and related areas
• In Depth knowledge of MS PowerBI
• In Depth problem-solving skills
• In Depth Project Management Skills
• Commercially driven with a keen sense in numbers and analytics
• Strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Independant worker with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Adept in communication
  
  

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Business Analytics or similar.
