What You'll Do
As a Manager, HR Payroll, you will be at the forefront of managing all aspects of payroll administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing data entry, wage calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions using SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure that all processes are compliant with relevant laws and company policies. Your role will also involve maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors configurations for efficient payroll processing. You will generate reports for accuracy checks and provide insights to management as needed. Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams will be crucial in resolving any payroll-related issues. Furthermore, you will provide training to administrators on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

- Maintain and optimize SAP SuccessFactors configurations for payroll processing
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly
- Provide training and support to payroll administrators on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Manage relationships with payroll service providers and vendors

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proven experience in payroll management with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules relevant to payroll processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing payroll staff
