- Interview and hire new team members with the appropriate skills, culture as needed.
- Promote job vacancies through online channels, such as Facebook Hotel page, LinkedIn, and other channels as needed.
- Monitors candidate identification and selection process.
- Partner with department heads to understand their specific needs and requirements for new hires.
- Ensures coordination of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.
- Track Talent Roadmap, oversee the implementation of the talent management roadmap, including conducting regular check-ins with new hires (e.g., 30-day and 60-day follow-ups) to gather feedback, assess progress, and identify any areas requiring additional support or development. Based on the information gathered from these check-ins, develop and implement necessary action plans or follow-up actions to ensure employee success and satisfaction.
- Identify and promote opportunities for employee growth within the organization.
- Provide resources and guidance to support employee career aspirations.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Work closely with department heads to track employee probation periods.
- Ensure timely completion of probation reviews according to company policies.
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement effective performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees encountering performance issues during probation.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration between department heads and employees throughout the probation review process.
