  • 追蹤人才路線圖,監督人才管理路線圖的實施,包括定期與新員工進行溝通(例如,30天和60天的後續),以收集回饋、評估進度並確定任何需要額外支援或發展的領域。根據從這些溝通中收集到的信息,制定並實施必要的行動計劃或後續行動,以確保員工的成功和滿意度。
  • 在組織內辨識並促進員工成長的機會。
  • 提供資源和指導以支持員工的職業抱負。
  • 制定吸引和留住頂尖人才的策略。
  • 與部門主管密切合作,追蹤員工試用期。
  • 確保根據公司政策及時完成試用期審查。
  • 與部門主管合作,為試用期內遇到績效問題的員工製定並實施有效的績效改善計畫 (PIP)。
  • 在整個試用期審查過程中促進部門主管和員工之間的開放溝通和協作。
