Manager Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced IT expert to act as a liaison between business key accounts, Factory Integration (FI), and IT departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and qualifying demands from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate rules and IT/FI portfolio, and providing best-fitting IT solutions to support business objectives.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Collect and qualify demands from business key accounts, Factory Integration (FI), and FE/BE production, ensuring they are properly documented and prioritized.
• Consult with FI and business colleagues to ensure demands are aligned with corporate rules and guidelines.
• Interact with other IT accounts to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
• Perform technology checks to ensure demands are feasible and aligned with IT/FI portfolio.
• Prepare fully qualified and business-ranked demand packages for review and approval.
• Perform FE/BE Production business-managed application onboardings, following defined onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with key business associates on a quarterly basis to align on demand prioritization; adapt to changing business needs and increment maturity level.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business roadmap and offer best-fitting IT solutions from the IT toolbox.
• Ensure all solutions and implementations adhere to enterprise architecture guidelines.

• Strong understanding of IT and business operations, with experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and technologies, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
