About the role:

The Manager, IT Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our on-premises, data center, and cloud-based infrastructure. This role requires familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365, networking concepts, systems, and server and cluster management. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience managing contracts with various infrastructure vendors and possess strong project management skills.

Your contribution will be: 

  • Lead and manage a global team of Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, and DevOps Engineers.
  • Design, implement, and maintain on-premises, data center, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems.
  • Oversee server and cluster management.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with infrastructure vendors.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and uptime to develop and maintain uptime SLAs.
  • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

To be successful, we think you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years progressive experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with various infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, storage solutions, backup and recovery services, Azure, Microsoft 365, SIEM systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems.
  • Experience with server and cluster management.
  • Proven experience managing and negotiating contracts with vendors.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with dedication to continuous improvement and employee development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
